When you use our analysis tool, we collect information you voluntarily submit including company name, industry, employee count, revenue figures, tools used, reported issues, and operational processes. We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what you choose to provide.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your submitted data is used solely to generate your operational analysis report. We use the Groq API to process your inputs through an AI model. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your company data to train AI models without explicit consent.
4. Data Storage
At this stage of development, analysis data is stored temporarily in your browser's local storage. It is not permanently stored on our servers. As we build our database infrastructure, this policy will be updated accordingly.
5. Third Party Services
We use Groq API for AI inference. Their privacy policy governs the handling of data processed through their infrastructure. We do not share identifiable company data with any other third parties.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of any data you have submitted to us. Contact us at hello@voltryx.ai and we will respond within 48 hours.

We will update this policy as our platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
